Q: What methods of shipment do you use?
A: We currently use either usps first class or ups ground depending on your choice upon checkout.  For international orders we use usps international first class. We can also ship by faster methods per request for an additional charge.  However, we prefer to use the most cost effective methods.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: All available items will be securely packaged and shipped within 48 hours.  If an item is out of stock we can either reorder the item which normally takes about a week or we can refund your payment. The transit time depends on the mail carrier. We will email a tracking number for each order so that you may track your package directly on the carrier website. 
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will only accept returns on damaged or incorrect merchandise. We must be notified within 5 days of receiving the item.  In which case we can either issue your choice of a full refund or a replacement item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.  In such case the appropriate mail carrier should be notified. 
 Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept paypal and credit cards via paypal express. (Note: You do NOT need a paypal account to pay via paypal express).  When you checkout you will be redirected to paypal's secure website where you can enter your payment information safely. Your information is always kept private. This option allows you to perform online transactions quickly without revealing your credit card information. 
 Q: What material is used to make your costume jewelry?
A: We do not manufacture our own jewelry therefore we cannot give an exact analysis of each item.  However, most of our merchandise is classified as fashion or costume jewelry meaning that it may consist of alloys that are gold or silver in color which is not indicative of actual gold or silver. Or it may have an electroplate which is a thin layer of gold or silver on top of the base alloy. Some items however are made of real gold or silver which is indicated in the item description. We also have several items with synthetic or imitation gemstones or genuine gemstones which is also indicated in the item description.  Keep in mind that we primarily go by the information provided by our suppliers . If there is any question feel free to contact us.
